			Owner, McNamara Ranch Sheila is a real down-to-earth horse woman and thrives on the outdoors! She got her first horse when she was a teenager and has never been down off the saddle!
		As a young girl, Sheila grew up in Maryland on the family beef cattle ranch. Surrounded by cattle, it was only natural that she should take an interest in horses. It wasn't too long before Sheila was training horses and showing hunters and jumpers. Another favorite equine activity of Sheila's was fox hunting, which Sheila did for 25 years.
		In 1984, Sheila and her daughter moved to Colorado and purchased the ranch, where she actively participated in the construction of her home and barn. Although she had several part time jobs, she maintained her life-long interest and love of horses. She continued to train horses, and at the same time, build her horse family. And for a time, Sheila even raised a flock of sheep. The horseback riding vacation ranch business was started in 1991 and has been a success. The Ranch allows Sheila to pursue her work with horses, spend time with small groups of people and share the beauty of the Colorado rugged outdoors. How could it get any better than this?
